Early release of 3.4.1 with three fixes
For those of you have had some issues with 3.4.0, I'm releasing 3.4.1 here first. If it looks like it solves the issues, I'll release it through auto update.
http://osirisdevelopment.com/BatteryBar/...-3.4.1.exe The three fixes are: 1. Hide BatteryBar when battery is full - This should be working now and not cause a crash. Please let me know if it's working better than before 2. Alternate time/percent - Fixed 3. Change Power Scheme inverted - This should be fixed |

I can say Number 3 has been fixed for me, I also submitted a bug report on it a few days ago.

RE: Early release of 3.4.1 with three fixes
Thank you, Chris - issue 2 is fixed, time and percent is alternating now.
Issues 1 and 3 - will test, especially changing of power schemes (it didn't worked on my machine with 3.4 too). |

In addition: changing of power schemes works well, but alternating time and percents doesn't work when running on battery (on AC works). Will test further.

RE: Early release of 3.4.1 with three fixes
Chris,
I've been a fan of BB long time. Just bought new battery for Dell Latitude D620. Listed capacity on battery casing is 5200 mWh. BB: 100% 50,361 mWh of 50,361 mWh. Battery Wear: 0% of 48,840 mWh. I recalibrated battery with full discharge, then full charge. Same readings. Question: Why capacity discrepancy between 50,361 and 48,840 mWh ? Algorythm need tweaking? |

I installed it, and tried the floating toolbar function. Here's what happened. My on-screen graphic looked very nice, and I could move it anywhere. So, I moved it onto Vista's gadget bar. It seemed fine, but then I noticed that when I wanted to get back my old settings, there was no preferences option in the right-click menu! I had to completely uninstall and reinstall my previous version to get the preferences menu back.

The Preferences menu item only shows up if you have your license key activated. If you are using the Free version, you'll see "About BatteryBar...", "Upgrade to BatteryBar Pro..." and "Activate 30 free trial...". If you are using the Pro version, you'll see, "About BatteryBar Pro...", "Preferences...", "Battery Profile Graph...", and a list of available power schemes.

I seem to recall that I used the internal menu to update, and since I have the Pro version, and it is registered, it should have read my registration key into the new version. Oh well, I went to the website and downloaded the latest version, and entered my key, and it seems to be running just fine.
