License issues upgrading to 3.3.1 - Fixed
I want to apologize to everyone who had issues upgrading to 3.3.1. The system is suppose to recognize your license and automatically activate it with the new licensing system.
Unfortunately, the software was only trying to validate the license on the new system, not register it as a new license. I have fixed this bug and have updated the installer. As part of the new licensing system I am working on a method to make it easier to manage your license, such as transferring it to another computer or making sure the license continues to work after reinstalling or upgrading Windows. |

I upgraded two days ago and don't have the License Key for BatteryBar Pro. I purchased it approximately two months ago. What should I do?

RE: License issues upgrading to 3.3.1 - Fixed
My license key worked fine until an hour ago (12/16/09). Then got a licensing error message and told to write this message about the problem. I have 2 paid licenses and now this has reverted to the trial asking me to upgrade again to Pro.

Sorry, I didn't see your post earlier. If you have a payment issue you can try one the backup payment provider. If you want the cheaper price, use the PayPal payment system and send me a message about your payment issue and I'll convert your license key to lifetime license. |

RE: License issues upgrading to 3.3.1 - Fixed
I have been using Battery Bar Pro for about four weeks after buying a license. Today a message appeared on my screen saying my TRIAL period had expired, and Battery Bar had reverted to the free version. What is going on? How do I recover the Licenced version I paid for?
Regards, Mark |

I have tried to download your program and see if it works. I tried 4 times and the program only installs the themes no executable that I ccan find. I was looking at the pro version but if the free trial won't work per your final instructions then what is the use? I can be reached at dredwinphd@yahoo.com or 719 580 2115.
